For over 20 years, Brian has been active in all aspects of commercial real estate as an owner/developer, broker and user of over 3.0 million square feet. He has extensive experience in retail, office and industrial sectors. Additionally he has worked in most major metro markets in the U.S. and several in Canada and Mexico.

Shopping Center concepting and re-merchandising:
Brian has been part of the concepting, merchandising and leasing teams for several successful shopping centers in Northern California. Most recently he has worked on Town & Country Village in Palo Alto. His work has included a full remerchandising and development of a leasing plan and execution of the strategy. To date the results have included a 150% increase in the sales per square foot and a dramatic increase in rents.
For 20+ years, Brian has worked with retailers such as Specialty's Café & Bakery, Blockbuster Video, GAP, Inc., Sprint PCS, Walgreen's and Office Depot in all facets of their real estate needs. Additionally, Brian has completed tenant re-merchandising on several shopping center projects. Most recently he has worked on Town & Country Village in Palo Alto and seen sales per square foot increase from $400 to +$600/ SF annually.
Prior to Bokman Rock, Brian was Director of Leasing in the Real Estate Department at Webvan, where his focus was to execute deals on over three million square feet of warehouse space throughout the US. The experience included taking the company through the bankruptcy process and the liquidation of eight buildings and over $100 million of assets. Before Webvan, he spent ten years working for Terranomics, where was a perennial Top 5 performer in the company.
Brian received a Bachelor of Business Administration from San Diego State University and spent ten years as a contributing board member of the YMCA, Camp Jones Gulch. Brian has been recognized by CoStar as a Power Broker and achieved the LEED Green Associate title from GBCO. Bokman Rock was recognized by Specialty's Café & Bakery as The Innovative Partner Award for 2011.
David is one of the co-founders of Bokman Rock Commercial Real Estate. He brings over 35 years of diverse business experience in the real estate and food and beverage industries, both as an entrepreneur and a broker.
David specializes in retail, restaurant and office tenant representation, and in lease consulting. He has executed rollout strategies and site negotiations for regional and national restaurant chains, such as Armadillo Willy's, Straw Hat Pizza and The Melting Pot. David works with Brian on the Specialty's Cafe & Bakery expansion throughout the West Coast, and is also currently the master broker for both Straw Hat Pizza and Rita's Italian Ices, who are each in the midst of a national expansion. He has also done store leasing throughout the greater San Francisco Bay Area for retailers such as Border's Books, as well as Landlord representation and leasing in numerous sites from San Jose through the Peninsula.
Earlier in his business career, David co-owned and operated Midwest Natural Foods Distributors, the nation's then sixth largest health food distributor, and then "And Chili's" a Bay area 7-unit restaurant chain. He was also one of Webvan's first employees, and was responsible for all real estate activities, and all major contract negotiations, including all capital assets and purchased computer software, and he was also instrumentally involved in the initial development of the delivery system. Under David's direction as VP of Development, David's team leased 4.5 million square feet of real estate throughout the U.S., executing 110 warehouse and office leases. He also spent 11 years as a Board Member of the Diamond Phoenix Company, an automated material handling and logistics systems company.
For the past 18 years, David has been on the Board of Directors of Los Altos/ Los Altos Hills Little League, including serving three years as its President. David attended the University of Michigan where he majored in English and Pre-Med.
